Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The King’s University Campus Store, both in person and online. Please review our return guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be non-perishable, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns (physical or digital).
In-Store Returns

Present your original receipt to the sales associate.

Verify that the returned items match the purchase on the receipt.

Inspect the items to ensure they are undamaged and in resalable condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card purchases will be refunded back to the same card).

Online Store Returns

For online purchases, returns must be initiated by contacting our store at campusstore@tku.edu.

Pack items securely and include a copy of your order confirmation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Exclusions

Perishable items, clearance merchandise, and digital/downloadable products are non-refundable.

Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing defects will not be accepted.
